An ongoing focus on maintaining an effective Safety Program has earned Morgan Metals, Inc. an Experience Modification Rating of .78 in 2003 and .79 in 2004 by the Alabama Self-Insured Workers Compensation Fund. Weekly safety meetings are conducted in-house and at job sites. A Safety Manager selects a different employee each week to provide safety reports on coworkers. All employees receive a safety manual when they begin working at Morgan Metals, Inc., and are provided continuous ongoing safety training on equipment and processes, both in-house and at the Tennessee Valley Training Center. Pre-employment and ongoing random drug testing ensures our employees continue to operate safely.
